Community Rehabilitation Services helps patients regain their independence after illness, injury or surgery. With a team of compassionate and caring therapists- Each with at least 15 years of experience, they deliver an in-depth array of services, close to home.
Rehabilitation medicine has many components including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology and Medical Social Worker. The needs vary with each individual, so rehabilitation plans are tailored specifically for you.
Your Physician and Rehabilitation Specialists are working together to help you to regain quality of life.
